TODO: wire the form to somewhere it is stored

exist yet. A Pages Function writing to D1 is the natural home, since
the project already runs functions/_middleware.js and the
relay already has a D1 database. It needs spam protection (Turnstile is
free and native to Cloudflare) before it goes live, and
the privacy page has to say what is collected
and for how long before we collect anything.
