Founding pricing.
The rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as your license stays current. Not a first-year discount that resets — a locked price.

Whichever rung you come in on is yours for as long as your license stays current. Not a first-year rate that resets on renewal, and not a rate we revisit when the standard price rises. If you join at $449.99, you renew at $449.99.
There are fifty places because there are fifty. Not because a banner says so.
When they are gone, the price is $999.99. We will not quietly reopen the founding rungs later.

More than one desk
Where your books live
The license above covers Moab Ledger on one computer. That is how it ships today.
Working from a second desk runs the same application against the same books. What changes is where the database sits. We never host it, at any of them.

You pay per computer, not per person. Add the owner, the bookkeeper and the admin as users at no charge. We never price by the head.
What is charged is each computer that runs Moab Ledger. The first one comes with your license.
A second computer working in the same books is $400 a year, plus the one-time setup. That is what the network and cloud options above are for.
A second computer keeping its own separate books is a different thing. That is a full license at the standard price, not a $400 workstation.
The first 30 days are included in the setup fee — which is when problems actually turn up. After that, work on the connection is $150 an hour: a new workstation, a changed network, a new server. If our software breaks the connection, fixing it is not billable. That is our problem, not your invoice.
For comparison: QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Premier no longer exist, so the desktop alternative is Enterprise. There the second user costs $1,110, and users three through ten run $740–870 each.
A five-person office pays $5,470 a year there. Here it is $2,600, or $2,050 at the founding rate.
Their cloud hosting is also charged per person, per month. Your own database costs what it costs, whether two people use it or eight.
Neither the network nor the cloud option is on sale yet. Both wait on the work that lets two people edit the same books safely — we would rather be late than lose somebody's invoice. Put your name down and we will tell you when the pilot opens.
What the locked price covers
The lock has a scope, and here it is
Your founding price covers Moab Ledger at its current scope, and it stays locked for as long as the license stays current.
Job costing, inventory, payroll, and trucking are coming, and they are licensed separately when they arrive, at the prices in effect then. They are not included in this lock. We would rather say that now than have you find it at renewal.

What is in it today
Moab Ledger is the accounting: the general ledger, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, several businesses under one roof, the farm map, equipment, and reporting. The full list is here.
Coming soon
Job costing, inventory, payroll, and trucking are coming. They are not in the product today, and buying now does not include them when they arrive — see the scope of the lock above. Tell us which one you are waiting for and we will let you know when it ships.
Field Connect — the driver and dispatch phone apps — is part of trucking, and is not available today. There is a page describing it because it is built and we intend to ship it, but no license sold now includes it. If it is the reason you are here, talk to us before you buy rather than after.
Payroll ships January 1, 2027. Founding subscribers get fourteen days of first refusal on a founding payroll seat. That rate is $399.99 a year, and $449.99 for the next twenty-five.
After those fourteen days the remaining seats open to everyone. Payroll lists at $499.99. The window is a right to buy. It is not included in the price above.
We would rather be plain about that than let you find it at renewal. If one of them is the reason you are buying, wait for it, or talk to us first.
Importing your bank statement
Today you download the statement from your bank and import it. That is deliberate and it works well — every transaction carries the bank's own identifier, so importing an overlapping month cannot duplicate anything.
A live feed is coming as an optional extra. It will carry a monthly charge from the service that provides the connection, passed through at cost rather than folded into the license — you should not pay for a bank connection you did not ask for. Importing the file stays free and stays supported. Tell us whether you want it.
Guarantee
Fourteen days, money back
If Moab Ledger is not right for your business, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the license in full. No conditions and no restocking fee. Setup work already carried out is the one thing not refunded, and we say so before booking it.
A refund revokes the license. The software then drops to reports only. It does not stop opening, and it deletes nothing.
Every report still runs and still exports. So you leave with your figures.
After 14 days the annual license is non-refundable and runs to the end of its term. Full terms on the refund policy.
TODO: wire checkout per the Stripe spec — purchase-then-claim is not built, so nothing here takes money yet. It routes to support rather than pretend.
