License

Moab Ledger is licensed, not sold. An annual license covers one business on one computer. It includes every update released during the term.

Extra companies are licensed separately. So is a second computer.

You may not redistribute the software. You may not resell it. And you may not share one license across separate businesses.

User accounts are unlimited. Add the owner, the bookkeeper, and whoever else needs a login. There is no extra charge. We do not price by the person.

Working from more than one desk at once is a separate arrangement. It is priced per computer, and the pricing page covers it. It is not on sale yet.

The full agreement appears in the application before you first use it. You accept it to continue.
